About the Founder

Glenn Lee’s journey began in a humble household where financial resources stretched only to cover the basics. Determined to contribute from a young age, he started working at 14, first as a newspaper boy, then in waitering and bartending, before becoming a DJ, event photographer and later a Chef de Partie. Each role shaped his discipline and work ethic, and he carried with him a guiding belief: every skill could one day become a means of survival. With that mindset, Glenn strived to master each craft, blessed along the way by kind mentors who taught him not only technical skills but also lessons in integrity, perseverance, and business sense.

After National Service, Glenn initially wished to venture into entrepreneurship by setting up a discotheque. Yet, at his mother’s encouragement, he chose instead to pursue higher education, an inflection point that unlocked his academic potential. His commitment soon earned him two prestigious scholarships: one from the University of Birmingham and another from the UK Secretary of State for Education and Science. Alongside his studies, he was employed by Rolls-Royce, where he co-owned a PhD research project, bridging theory with real-world innovation.

Glenn went on to build a successful 12-year career in the aerospace sector, excelling in a highly technical and demanding environment (with 5 patent awards). Seeking broader impact, he transitioned into management consultancy, where he advised on strategy, transformation, and organisationalperformance, before ultimately finding his calling in human resources.

Having worked in operations from his earliest career days, Glenn developed a conviction that sustainable success depends on strong back-end systems, strategic alignment, and a culture that empowers people. He believes that true success begins with internal values before it can manifest in external results. This “people first” philosophy shapes his approach in HR, where he integrates operational discipline, strategic foresight, and a human-centered mindset to help businesses build strong foundations and thrive.

His career reflects resilience, adaptability, and a consistent pursuit of excellence, qualities first forged in his teenage years and refined through decades of diverse professional experience.
